Magazine front cover drafting

This was a tester trial just to see how different colours would look with my chosen image. I mainly wanted to see how the police tape would look with the image. As soon as I was happy  with how the colours looked with each I was confident enough to make actual magazine. I’ve have added police tap at the back of my model for effect. The reason why I have done this is to show the audience that even though the main character who is a detective should be hero, instead there is a plot twist because he is the real criminal.

At this stage of the process, I decided to use a San serif font from a website called “Da font” (lemon milk). I loved the way it looked on the page, so I kept it and worked with it. I also added a few images from famous crime movies.
