Film magazine Planning

I used a website called "Coolar" to plan out the colours that i wanted to use for my front cover magazine. Most film covers reflect the genre that they are trying to portray, being the reason why every film cover has it's own sense of uniqueness. 

I chose these colours according to what colour the front cover model was wearing and in this case, the model was wearing a black suit, therefore this meant that the other colours used had to stand out more. I used these selective colours because they are not too bright, but they also stand out. I didn't want my colour scheme to look too bright because the targeted atmosphere for my genre is dark and blurred.
